Welcome to SafeSchools Minute™, a guided weekly school safety program developed by MAK Safe School Solutions. By accessing or using this membership site, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
1. Membership License
Your SafeSchools Minute™ membership provides a non-transferable license for use by one school.
Materials may be shared with employees, faculty, staff members, administrators, substitutes, volunteers, and contractors working directly for the licensed school as part of your school's internal safety program.
Membership access may not be shared with individuals outside the licensed school.
2. Permitted Use
Your school may:
Download reminder PDFs.
Send the Ready-to-Send Emails to staff.
Print materials for internal school use.
Use Leadership Talking Points, Discussion Questions, and other member resources during staff meetings and safety discussions.
Store downloaded materials for future reference within your school.
3. Restrictions
Without prior written permission from MAK Safe School Solutions, you may not:
Share member login credentials.
Distribute materials to another school, district, organization, or individual.
Post member materials on public websites or social media.
Sell, reproduce, modify, or redistribute SafeSchools Minute™ content.
Remove copyright notices or branding from any materials.
4. Copyright
All SafeSchools Minute™ content, including but not limited to reminders, PDFs, graphics, discussion guides, emails, templates, website content, and downloadable resources, is protected by United States copyright law. © 2026 MAK Safe School Solutions. All Rights Reserved.
5. Membership Access
Membership remains active as long as your annual subscription is current.
If your membership expires or is canceled:
Access to the Members Area will end.
Previously downloaded materials may continue to be used internally by the licensed school.
New reminders and future member resources will no longer be available until membership is renewed.
6. Future Resources
Your annual membership includes access to new member resources released during your active subscription, including future drill packets, tabletop exercises, review guides, and other downloadable content as they become available.
7. Disclaimer
SafeSchools Minute™ is designed to reinforce everyday school safety awareness and support existing school safety procedures.
It is not intended to replace school policies, emergency operations plans, legal requirements, law enforcement guidance, or professional safety training.
Schools remain responsible for developing, implementing, and following their own safety policies and emergency procedures.
8. Changes to These Terms
MAK Safe School Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the membership site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
