Created by “Mr. Dave,” a School Security Specialist with over 29 years of law enforcement and school security experience, this program reflects the real situations staff face in schools every day.
After working directly in schools, weekly reminders were developed to reinforce safety awareness between drills. Staff responded positively, and over time, the approach strengthened the building’s overall safety culture.
