Subject: This Week’s Safety Reminder: Visitor Sign-In and Identification
Staff,
This week’s SafeSchools Minute™ focuses on visitor sign-in and identification.
Remind staff that every visitor must enter through the designated entrance, complete the sign-in process, and display the required identification. Familiarity or a stated purpose does not replace the school’s visitor procedure.
This week, please notice one visitor interaction this week and confirm that the person is properly signed in, identified, and directed.
Please take a minute to review the attached reminder.
All visitors should be known, identified, and accounted for.
Thank you for helping us maintain consistent safety practices throughout our school.
