Arrival combines open doors, vehicle movement, student drop-offs, and staff transitions. Because the routine is busy, unusual behavior or an access-control gap can be easier to overlook.

This week, please complete one scan of the arrival area before focusing on your normal task.

Where are the most likely supervision or access-control gaps during our arrival process?
Watch entrances, drop-off areas, parking lots, bus zones, unfamiliar vehicles, and adults approaching students.
Complete one deliberate scan of the arrival area before focusing on your normal task. Identify any concerns and take any necessary corrective action.
